It finally warmed up
I fucking hate wrenching in the cold... Last couple days it's been nice so I was in the mood to tear her down to the frame. Found a couple cracks and realized welders back in the 80s were either high or drunk while welding these frames up...maybe both.

Engine tear down
Head is F'd for sure.. Valve cover too. While I'm saving my pennies for parts I might as well check everything else over.
